Join Riina and I, April 2022 for an unforgettable five days in Finland to dive deep into the world of yoga, while soaking in the glorious start of the winter up north. November is a time for us to awaken our creativity and we will implement that into our retreat through some writing & self observation workshops as well as plenty of time in the nature!
Whether you are on your first steps of yoga journey or practiced for years, you will get a lot out of the retreat. All days are greeted with a Yoga & Meditation practice after which you will have a chance to either choose your days activities or take part on to some hikes & workshops we have planned. In the evenings we will see the potential for Northern Lights in the area and do two night-time hikes together to witness this magical phenomena.

Helen will challenge you in the most creative, progressive and encouraging way… The end result is that you always finish class with a smile, tinged with lots of sweat, knowing you want to come back for more!
